City of Bayswater to Flourish with new community arts festival

The City of Bayswater is celebrating all things arts and culture with a two-month-long community festival of workshops, performances and exhibitions.

The City of Wanneroo Community Art Awards and Exhibition has been a highly-regarded annual event on the City's cultural calendar since 2001. Returning for yet another year with more than 180 artworks this July.

Supported by Propel’s YCulture Drug Aware Grant, Lume – Collective One is coming up the beginning of 2022! Exploring the intersection between mental health and the Christian faith, Lume – Collective One is a multi-disciplinary arts exhibition that promotes a message of hope, found in the darkest nights.

If you're looking for something to do this January, places are still available for fun school holiday classes at the Tresillian Arts Centre.

Whether it’s origami, sculpture, mosaics, succulents, printmaking, fine art, embroidery, sewing or learning more about artists, talented tutors are on hand to deliver classes for ages five up to 17.
